I lead a small group in another city, and would just like prayer for this group. It's difficult to lead, and I feel like I need more love in my heart, and supernatural help from God in dealing with the personalities in the group.

We sure will be in prayer for you and your small group.  Make sure you talk to your pastor or small group Director regarding these issues.  You don't want to burn out over it.
